At AngelLift, your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure first-time buyers have confidence in trying our products, we offer a 30-Day Refund Policy exclusively for first-time purchases.

Please note: For all international orders, all sales are final and non-refundable—this applies to both first-time and returning purchases

Refund Policy for First-Time Buyers

• Unconditional Smile Guarantee: First-time buyers have 30 days from the delivery date to return AngelLift Dermastrips, even if the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
• Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases and exclude shipping and handling fees.
  

• Lost or Stolen Deliveries

  If tracking information from the carrier confirms that an order was delivered but the package was not received, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

  As a courtesy, we may issue one replacement shipment for the order.

  By accepting a replacement shipment, the customer agrees that the replacement order constitutes final fulfillment of the original purchase, and the order will not be eligible for refund, return, or additional replacement.

  Angellift reserves the right to limit or deny replacement requests in cases of suspected fraud, repeated claims, or delivery issues outside our control.

General Return Policy

• For all other purchases, items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for store credit only. Returns must include the original packaging, whether used or unused.

Return Requirements

• All returns must include the original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products, Dermastrips (opened or unopened) and skincare items are treated as medical waste to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination.
• A $10 disposal fee applies to cover the handling and proper disposal of these items.

Non-Refundable Items

• For all international orders, all sales are final and non-refundable—this applies to both first-time and returning purchases
  
• Protynal Collagen Gummies, Anti-Plaque Coating, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Discounted items and international orders are final sale. However, store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Notes

• Refunds and returns for first-time buyers exclude shipping and handling fees incurred during the order fulfillment process.
• Returns of Dermastrips are subject to safe handling as medical waste.
